
SHIPPING
All orders placed with T'Milan Luxe Hair will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (except during Holiday Sales*). Orders are shipped priority mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and require a signature upon delivery. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your package.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please inspect your items as soon as they are received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you MUST return the item(s) within 3 business days. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original tags, labels, etc.. and must not have been altered in any way. Once your return is received and approved we will send a confirmation email with your refund amount. Refund amount will not include the cost of tax or shipping & handling. All refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days, from the date of your confirmation email, for the credit to post to your account.

*There are no refunds/exchanges on wig units. Wig descriptions contain all of the specs. If you have additional questions regarding a unit, contact us prior to making the purchase.
